The nice thing about PAX is that they have designated rest areas that have piles of beanbag chairs so overexcited nerds can comfortably sleep through their sugar crashes without having to leave the convention area.

I did get people sitting and listening to a panel of speakers, though! That's exciting too.

There was an enormous flock of birds in a small cluster of trees on campus - they were so thick it looked like the trees still had leaves on them. I only got to draw a few before some guy came through and scared them all away, which was probably just as well since my drawing fingers were getting numb.
